At Aura By Bakth, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of jewellery products, we follow a carefully designed return policy to ensure fairness and hygiene.
Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order to request a return.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

Earrings or pierced jewellery

Customized or made-to-order items

Sale or discounted items

Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
Proof Requirement
To initiate a return, customers must provide:

Clear photos or videos of the product showing the issue

Original order number
Requests without proper proof may not be approved.
Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to our mistake, return shipping will be covered by Aura By Bakth.

For all other approved returns, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Incorrect Address
Aura By Bakth is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Such orders are not eligible for return or refund.
